According to www.Balancepronet.com, it is the act of an individual contacting a creditor and adding an authorized user onto a credit card account. It allows the authorized user to have the primary account holder’s credit history show up on his credit report. This can be a tremendous benefit for anyone who is having trouble building a credit history on their own, since an authorized user does not need to go through a credit check to be added to the primary cardholder’s account. The authorized user strategy is one that has been used for many years to help jump start the credit enhancement process.

All tradelines listed are priced according to the age of the trade-line and the credit limit. Each tradeline also has an accompanying statement date which is used to determine the date that the trade-lines should appear on your actual credit report. All trade-lines will post 1-2 weeks after statement date and remain on your credit file for 30 to 60 days. During this time a client is encouraged to secure funding or refinance their current debts to lower interest rates.

What do I do if there is a coronavirus outbreak in my community/area? 2020-04-26T23:38:21+00:00

Stay safe and practice social distancing. Stay at home as much as possible, and refrain from socializing or social events. It’s important that you avoid risking exposure and spreading the virus, especially if you have family members at home who are more vulnerable. By practicing social distancing and following handwashing, cough etiquette, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, you will likely avoid the virus.

How are your doctors staying on top of the latest coronavirus clinical protocols? 2020-04-26T23:37:27+00:00

We are partnering with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), state and local health officials, and our health system partners to provide our communities with the support, information, and the care they need.

Do children experience the same symptoms as adults? 2020-04-26T23:36:37+00:00

Children do experience the same symptoms as adults do with COVID-19. However, at this time, we are seeing that children’s symptoms seem to be milder. Children with chronic diseases such as heart, lung, kidney, diabetes, or who are immunocompromised, are at higher risk for complications due to COVID-19.

What is the current risk level in the U.S.? 2020-04-26T23:35:41+00:00

This is a rapidly evolving situation and the risk assessment is changing daily. The latest updates are available on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 website.

How can virtual care help during an outbreak? 2020-04-26T23:34:57+00:00

Getting care and guidance from the comfort of your own home can put your mind at ease and help you avoid heavily public areas such as doctors’ offices and the ER, which can carry many germs. Our providers can evaluate your risk and advise you on next steps.

While there is no treatment for COVID-19, people who are mildly ill may be able to isolate and care for themselves at home.

For cases where in‐person care is needed, we will navigate patients to appropriate resources and encourage patients to “let them know before you go” so that the in-person care facility can direct them appropriately and minimize potential exposure for others.

What should I do if one of my family members, friends, or someone I live with gets COVID-19? 2020-04-26T23:33:51+00:00

As much as possible, you should stay in a specific room and away from the infected people in your home. If you’ve been in contact with someone who has the virus, you could experience symptoms within two to 14 days. Notify your healthcare provider right away if you develop COVID-19 symptoms (i.e., fever, cough, or shortness of breath).

If you are someone who is more vulnerable to COVID-19 and is older than 50 years old or have a chronic disease such as heart, lung, kidney, diabetes, or who are immunocompromised, then you should be extra-cautious about social distancing and being around people in general.

What happens if I get COVID-19? 2020-04-26T23:21:06+00:00

People who are mildly ill with COVID-19 are able to isolate at home during their illness. You should restrict activities outside your home, except for getting medical care. Do not go to work, school, or public areas. Avoid using public transportation, ride-sharing, or taxis. Call your primary care provider or the ER if your illness worsens.

Why is practicing social distancing important? 2020-04-26T23:20:07+00:00

When new, contagious outbreaks like COVID-19 occur, practices like social distancing have become one of the simplest and most effective measures communities can take to avoid exposure as well as spreading the virus.

COVID-19’s incubation period could last up to 14 days, which means you could be carrying the virus to others and not be aware of symptoms until later.

The more we practice social distancing (i.e., working from home, remaining six feet apart from people in any public setting, and avoiding heavily public areas or events), the more likely we are to avoid the spread and shorten the period of time we must be out of our normal routine.

Another significant reason social distancing should be exercised is for those who have weakened or compromised immunities. People with diabetes, cancer, respiratory issues, and other specific diseases or disorders can’t afford to get COVID-19.

What is social distancing? 2020-04-26T23:18:40+00:00

Social distancing is intentionally increasing the physical space between people to avoid spreading illness. Staying at least six feet away from other people lessens your chances of catching COVID-19. COVID-19 is spread by droplets from coughs and sneezes. Being greater than six feet away from a person with symptoms and washing your hands frequently greatly reduces the risk of spread. This is why events are being canceled, people are being asked to work from home or avoid public/crowded areas, and why sick people may be asked to wear a mask.

How can I get tested for COVID-19? 2020-04-26T23:17:43+00:00

Teladoc is not able to write lab orders for COVID-19 testing at this time.

Your provider will determine if you should be tested or not based on your symptoms, exposure to someone who has been confirmed with COVID-19, or if you have recently traveled to affected regions or live in regions where it’s prevalent. Currently, COVID-19 testing continues to be limited and is being prioritized for the most vulnerable individuals with symptoms, those sick in the hospital with severe illness, and healthcare workers/first responders.

If you have a fever or feel feverish, have cold-like symptoms or flu-like symptoms, or feel run-down, you should contact us. If you are experiencing shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, then you should call your local doctor’s office to request an in-person visit. Shortness of breath–having trouble breathing–is a more severe symptom that requires an in-person evaluation.

The fastest way to receive care is to request a visit on the mobile app or online. If you’re a new member, set up your account and complete a brief health history.

What guarantees do you offer? 2018-01-17T09:18:54+00:00

Because of the many factors that go into determining your full credit score, it is impossible to guarantee a specific credit score increase. Our guarantee promises that our credit lines have perfect payment history, and less than 30% of the available credit being utilized. We also guarantee that our lines will report to a minimum of 2 out of the 3 credit bureaus within the contracted time. While 90% of the time our lines report to all 3 bureaus, there are occasionally factors outside of our control that can keep a line from hitting the 3rd bureau. If for whatever reason your line only hits one bureau, we will replace it at no charge. As most lenders take into account your mid-score, it should not lessen your ability to qualify for credit if your credit line reports to at least 2 bureaus.

How long will the line stay on my report? 2018-01-17T09:17:36+00:00

It is important to note that authorized user trade lines are a temporary solution. While the average time a trade line will stay on your credit report is between 3 and 6 months, we recommend that you be ready to apply for your immediate credit goals right away. In the very unlikely case that the line falls off of your credit within the first 60 days, we will replace it at no charge, but it is in your best interest to be ready to use your credit right away when the trade line posts.

How does it boost my score? 2018-01-17T09:16:58+00:00

When you add an authorized user trade line to your credit report, you are adding positive payment history, length of time you have established credit, and showing responsible use of credit by having an account with a low debt ratio. These are the factors that contribute to the 30 to 60 points average increase that we see with qualified authorized users.

How far in advance should I order my trade lines? 2018-01-17T09:16:30+00:00

In order to have the trade line added to your credit report, you must have been added to the trade line prior to the bank collecting all of the information they will eventually send to the credit bureaus. It’s recommended to order your trade lines a couple weeks in advance (minimum) to insure your trade line will be included in the information the bank collects to send to the bureaus.

How long does it take for trade lines to post on the credit report? 2018-01-17T09:15:45+00:00

Each trade line is an account that reports monthly. This means, the bank collects all the information associated with that trade line (the age, limit, balance, payment history, authorized users, etc.) and sends it to the credit bureaus. This, usually, happens every month. However, some banks report weekly (especially store cards).
